Hi I’m Kylie!

We may have met in the fitness world, but outside this environment I earned a Master of Science in Nutrition and Integrative Health.
Through this experience, I’ve learned how to set aside my own biases and develop deeper empathy for clients. It’s been fascinating to understand how each person’s nutritional needs are unique. I’ve had the opportunity to practice this recognition at the Maryland University of Integrative Health.
While my specialty isn’t set in stone yet, I’m interested in working with athletic performance and recovery, digestive health, period pain, thyroid health, anxiety/depression, metabolic syndrome, and more.
The past six years of experience in the fitness world have prepared me wonderfully for this next step in integrative health. Now, I’m excited to continue as a CNS candidate!
The CNS credential is an advanced certification for personalized nutrition practitioners. What this means is that I’m now taking patients to complete 1,000 hours of supervised practice experience.
If you’d like to learn more about working with me, you can head to the bookings page. Otherwise, I’m so happy you’re here — thank you for peeking at my bio!
